Online Submission Guidelines for the International Journal of Technology and Modeling

The "International Journal of Technology and Modeling" (IJTM) welcomes the submission of manuscripts from authors worldwide who wish to contribute to the journal's mission of advancing research in the fields of technology and modeling. To ensure a smooth and efficient submission process, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

1. Manuscript Preparation:

1.1. Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the journal's specific formatting and style guidelines, which may be available on the IJTM website or provided during the submission process.

1.2. Prepare your manuscript in English, using clear and concise language with proper grammar and style.

1.3. Review the journal's focus and scope to ensure that your work aligns with the objectives of IJTM.

2. Online Submission System:

2.1. IJTM uses an online submission system to manage manuscript submissions. You will need to create an author account in the system to submit your work.

2.2. Please provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during the registration process, as this information will be used for all correspondence related to your submission.

3. Manuscript Components:

When submitting your manuscript, include the following components:

a. Title page with author names, affiliations, and contact details.
b. Manuscript text, including the abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion.
c. References cited in your manuscript.
d. Figures and tables (if applicable), each with a clear title and legend.

4. Supporting Documents:

Any additional documents, such as supplementary materials or data sets, should be submitted as separate files, clearly labeled and referenced within the main manuscript.

5. Corresponding Author:

Designate one author as the corresponding author who will be responsible for all communication with the editorial office. Include the corresponding author's contact information in the submission.

6. Plagiarism Check:

IJTM employs plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts. Authors are responsible for the originality of their work and should address any potential plagiarism issues before submission.

7. Manuscript Tracking:

You can track the progress of your submitted manuscript through the online submission system. The system will provide updates on the status of your submission, from initial review to final publication.

8. Peer Review:

Submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer review process. Reviewers' comments and decisions will be communicated through the online submission system.

9. Fees:

9.1. IJTM may charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts. Details of these fees will be provided during the submission and acceptance process.

10. Appeals:

Authors who wish to appeal a decision, such as rejection or plagiarism concerns, may do so through the online submission system.
