Author Guidelines for the International Journal of Technology and Modeling

1. Manuscript Types:

The "International Journal of Technology and Modeling" (IJTM) welcomes the submission of original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications in the fields of technology and modeling. Authors are encouraged to review the focus and scope of the journal to ensure their work aligns with its objectives.

2. Manuscript Preparation:

2.1. Language: Manuscripts should be written in English, with clear and concise language, following standard grammar and style guidelines.

2.2. Manuscript Length: Manuscripts should be of an appropriate length, typically not exceeding 10,000 words for research articles, 5,000 words for reviews, and 3,000 words for case studies and short communications.

2.3. Abstract: Include an informative abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your study.

2.4. Keywords: Provide 3 to 6 keywords that best represent the content of your manuscript for indexing and search purposes.

2.5. Title Page: Include a title page with the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, contact details, and corresponding author information.

2.6. Formatting: Follow the IJTM's formatting guidelines, which may include specific fonts, spacing, and referencing styles. Templates may be available on the journal website.

3. Manuscript Structure:

3.1. Introduction: Provide a clear and concise introduction that outlines the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.

3.2. Literature Review: Include a comprehensive review of relevant literature, highlighting the existing knowledge and gaps your research aims to address.

3.3. Methods: Describe the research methods, including data collection, analysis, and statistical procedures. Ensure reproducibility by providing sufficient detail.

3.4. Results: Present your findings in a logical and organized manner, using tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate. Avoid duplicating information in the text and tables/figures.

3.5. Discussion: Interpret the results and discuss their implications. Address how your study contributes to the existing body of knowledge.

3.6. Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, their significance, and potential future research directions.

3.7. References: Cite sources accurately and consistently using a standard citation style (IEEE). Ensure that all references are included in the reference list, and vice versa.

4. Figures and Tables:

4.1. Use clear and informative figures and tables. Each should be self-explanatory with concise titles and legends.

4.2. Ensure that all figures and tables are appropriately labeled and referenced in the text.

5. Ethics and Plagiarism:

5.1. Authors are expected to adhere to ethical standards in research and publishing. Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed.

5.2. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Ensure that all content is original, and properly cite and reference external sources.

6. Submission Process:

6.1. Authors can submit their manuscripts through the online submission system on the IJTM website. Follow the submission guidelines and complete all required fields.

6.2. Manuscripts will undergo peer review. Authors are encouraged to suggest potential reviewers during the submission process.

7. Publication Charges:

IJTM may charge publication fees to cover the costs of open access publication. Authors are advised to review the journal's policies and fee structure on the website.
